How to Use

• Adjust the padding at the centre of your back
• Stretch the velar° elastic fabric and &the velar° hook on the elastic loop fabric
• After satisfactory firmness, again pull the other elastic straps for double binding so that the padding is pushed into the back for a comfortable fit
